Manchester United legend Eric Cantona admitted he would rather discuss Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola rather than the ongoing takeover at his former club.

The process to sell United has been long and drawn out. Back in November, the Glazers announced they were looking at options for investment in the Reds which included the prospect of selling the club.

Three rounds of bidding followed with Sheikh Jassim bin Hamad Al-Thani and Sir Jim Ratcliffe coming out as the two leading candidates.

Reports had suggested the latter man was the favourite in the bidding process.
