Rangers transfer bulletin as Gustavo Puerta loan update emerges amid Philippe Clement striker search

Rangers failure to reach the group phase of the Champions League may have seen Philippe Clement miss out on a much-needed boost to his transfer kitty, but the Light Blues are still keen to add to their squad ahead of the August 30 deadline.
