'Police incident' closed busy road in both directions

A busy road was closed in both directions due to a police incident. The A4048 at Blackwood in Caerphilly was closed in both directions from the Cwmgelli roundabout to the B4251 on Saturday morning.

The road was closed between 7.20am and around 8.40am.
