Tonbridge Angels have made their first summer signing. Midfielder Joe Boachie is the new arrival at Longmead after joining from Hungerford Town.
He scored four goals in 11 appearances for the Crusaders in National League South, having made the switch from Braintree in March.
The 25-year-old has also played for Concord and Potters Bar. Angels boss Jay Saunders told the club website: “Joe Boachie is someone that I’ve admired for a long time. “He will bring pace, power and creativity to the squad and I can’t wait to work with him.” Boachie said: “Jay was interested in me last season but we couldn’t make it work, but when the season was up, Jay called and said let’s get to work and I’m really excited to come down here. “I see myself as an attacking midfielder, goalmaker and goalscorer.”
