Manchester United are faced with a huge dilemma over Erik ten Hag which Ineos are struck with. The Reds are currently in the midst of their worst-ever start to a Premier League season with little signs of improvement.
Ten Hag's side are 14th in the top-flight table after seven matches, which follows their eighth-placed finish last term - their lowest since the 1989/90 campaign.
But there appears to be no sign of a change in Ten Hag's position at Old Trafford. Club bosses met last Tuesday in London for a lengthy meeting, and it appeared that the Dutchman could be in trouble, but no announcement has been made.
And the results of a recent Manchester Evening News poll indicate why a change of manager has yet to take place. Of over 12,000 readers, Thomas Tuchel and Zinedine Zidane were the top options if Ten Hag left, but the third biggest response was none of the above, which gained 16 per cent of the vote.
