Man, 28, appears in court after being charged with causing death by dangerous driving following M62 crash

A man has appeared in court accused of causing the death of a driver by dangerous driving on the M62 near Greater Manchester.

Shaun Tinsley has been charged with causing death by dangerous driving, causing death by driving while uninsured and causing death by driving while disqualified.

It follows a fatal collision on the eastbound carriageway of the M62 at around 3.45am on Saturday, April 29, near to junction 10 for the Croft Interchange.

Tinsley, of Deysbrook Way, Liverpool, has also been charged with failing to stop following a collision, failing to report a collision and driving without insurance.
