Bruno Fernandes has hailed Jadon Sancho for his performance in Sunday’s 2-1 final-day win over Fulham. Sancho jabbed home his side’s equaliser on 39 minutes to mark his fourth strike at Old Trafford this season.

Fernandes struck home the winner 10 minutes after half-time to notch his 13th for the campaign. After a strong start to the season following a promising summer, Sancho spent the festive period away from the squad to rebuild his fitness.

Four of his seven goals this season have come since his return in February.
