Wolves vs Man City LIVE early team news, lineups and how to watch Premier League fixture

Manchester City travel to the Midlands today as they aim to extend their perfect start to the Premier League season against Wolves.

The Blues have won their first six league matches, and if they win today it will be only the second time in their history they'll have won seven out of seven - the last time being 126 years ago.

Perhaps more importantly, a win would see them remain clear at the top of the table. They start the weekend two points ahead of nearest challengers Liverpool and Brighton, with Tottenham and Arsenal only a point behind them.

Pep Guardiola continues to manage a depleted squad - he's still without Bernardo Silva, John Stones and Kevin De Bruyne through injury, and Rodri is suspended after his sending-off against Nottingham Forest. He could bring Matheus Nunes in for a start on his return to Molineux following his big-money move to Manchester in the summer - something he spoke about in an interview with the MEN here.

Wolves have had a difficult start to the season, sitting in 16th place with only four points to their name so far.

Bernardo Silva won't be fit to return for the visit to Wolves and the Blues will also be without John Stones and Kevin De Bruyne for the trip to Molineux.

Pep Guardiola's side train on Friday afternoon but Stones and De Bruyne are still absent and Bernardo will also miss the game.
