Varane, Martinez and Maguire - Man United injury latest and return dates ahead of Aston Villa game

Manchester United are still without several first-team players as they continue their quest to secure a top-four finish in the Premier League and win the FA Cup this season.

Erik ten Hag's side, who won the Carabao Cup in February, drew 2-2 with Tottenham Hotspur on Thursday night. Despite dropping points in the capital, the Reds remain in a good position to secure Champions League for next campaign. Moreover, United have the chance to win their second domestic cup of the season when they take on Manchester City in the FA Cup final in June.

United had a number of absentees for the game against Spurs in midweek, and while Ten Hag could be boosted by the return of one or two players at the weekend, he is still likely to be without several players. The Reds take on Aston Villa at Old Trafford on Sunday - where they will have the chance to increase the gap between themselves and the Midlands outfit in the table.
