Serious M4 crash live updates as 'heavy traffic' expected

Emergency services are at the scene of a collision on the M4. Delays are already starting to build on the motorway near Cardiff, with one lane closed on the eastbound carriage way between J34 (Miskin) and J33 (Cardiff West).

South Wales Police said lane three is expected to remain closed "for some time".

A police spokesperson said: "Motorists are advised that delays and heavy traffic are expected between Junctions 35 and 34."
