Greater Manchester traffic chaos LIVE updates amid long queues on FOUR motorways after two breakdowns
Drivers are facing a morning of misery on Greater Manchester's motorways with heavy traffic across the region.
Two breakdowns are leading to long delays on the M60 and M62 this morning (November 12).
A lane closure was in place on the M60 anticlockwise between junctions 11 at Eccles and 10 at the Trafford Centre.
All lanes have now reopened, but the incident has led to huge M60 queues stretching back all the way to junction 18 at Simister Island.

The queues are also continuing onto the M62 westbound, towards junction 19 at Heywood, while there are 25-minute delays on the M61 southbound approaching the M60.
Separately, traffic is also slow on the M60 clockwise between junction 23 at Ashton-under-Lyne and junction four at the M56, past Stockport.
Meanwhile, a second breakdown has led to two lanes being closed on the M62 eastbound between junctions 11 at Birchwood and 12 at the M60 Eccles Interchange.
Queues are tailing back beyond junction 10 for the M6 at Croft, while there are delays on the M6 southbound approaching junction 21A for the M62.
Drivers are also facing delays in Ashton-under-Lyne as Stamford Street East is closed near Park Parade, while a signalling issue has led to huge disruption at Bolton railway station, with several trains cancelled.
