The deal to take Russell Martin from Swansea City to Southampton still hasn't been completed.It was last week when speculation mounted that the Saints were looking at Martin to be the man to get them back into the top flight next season and since then those rumours have transformed into something more concrete.
The two teams are now thrashing out the compensation due that would see Martin and his backroom team head to St Mary's after two seasons in south Wales.
As such, talk has already started over who will replace the head coach in the Swansea.com Stadium dugout next term, with former Swansea coach Chris Davies and Plymouth Argyle manager Steven Schumacher the early frontrunners with bookmakers, while ex-Brighton and Watford boss Oscar Garcia has also been mentioned as a possibility.
