Live updates as 'police incident' at Victoria Station leaves trams unable to stop
Trams are unable to stop at a major Manchester railway station due to a 'police incident' tonight (Sunday, February 16). Trams are currently unable to stop at Victoria.
The incident was first reported shortly before 8pm. In an update, the Bee Network said: "Due to a police incident, tram services are currently unable to stop at Victoria tram stop.
"Passengers should board and alight at either Shudehill or Exchange Square tram stop. Trams are also unable to stop at Monsall tram stop."

According to the Bee Network, trams through the city centre and on the Rochdale line have been impacted.
On the Rochdale and Didsbury lines, the Manchester-bound stop at Monsall also cannot be served.
Trams can also not currently operate from Manchester Victoria.
