Officers have taped off a street in Oldham as they respond to an incident.

Police are in attendance on Coalshaw Green Road, near to the junction with Stanley Road, in Chadderton this afternoon (March 8).

Images from the scene show a section of the pavement has been taped off outside low-rise apartments on the street. Detectives are understood to be in attendance.

Witnesses have reported seeing officers carrying out enquiries in the area today. Police cars have also been seen in the area as officers respond to the incident.
