Live updates as multiple crashes cause heavy traffic during rush hour

Multiple crashes are causing traffic chaos in parts of Wales as people head home during rush hour. There are ongoing incidents on both the A477 in Pembrokeshire and the A4067 in Powys.

Traffic monitoring service Inrix says there is queueing traffic in both directions due to an accident on the A477 with traffic heavy from the B4325 Honeyborough Road (Honeyborough Roundabout, Little Honeyborough) to Scoveston Road (Sentry Cross, Scoveston). The incident happened just after 4.30pm.

The A4067 in Abercrave, Powys, is also closed in both directions with queueing traffic due to an accident from Station Road (Abercrave) to The Mot centre (Caer-Lan) just before 5pm.

Earlier, an incident shut two lanes of the M4 between junction 24 for Coldra and junction 23A for Magor services. Both lanes have re-opened but traffic remains heavy in the area. For the latest Welsh news delivered to your inbox sign up to our newsletter.
