Hull confirm injury concern about Man City youngster Liam Delap

Hull City manager Liam Rosenior has stated that Manchester City loanee Liam Delap could face an extended spell on the sidelines with a knee injury.

Delap, who joined the Championship outfit on a season-long loan deal back in July, was absent from the Tigers' matchday squad for Saturday's 1-1 draw with Birmingham City in the third round of the FA Cup. He has taken his development up through the gears after underwhelming stints at Stoke City and Preston North End last term.
