Glen Kamara's Rangers transfer exit options increase with 'six' clubs in the race as Sakala nears Saudi switch

Glen Kamara has taken the interest of SIX clubs according to a report with the Finnish midfielder closing in on an Ibrox exit.

The Rangers star, as confirmed by boss Michael Beale last week, has been training in isolation to push through a move away from Glasgow with clubs in Turkey and France credited with interest during the transfer window. The 27-year-old found his role somewhat diminished under Beale last campaign and revealed he had held open and honest discussions with the London boss. Now Kamara, according to the Herald, has interest from a number of clubs across Europe for his signature.

Ligue 1 big hitters Lyon and Stade Reims are now joining by Turkish outfits Trabzonspor and Galatasaray in the hunt for the midfielder. The report suggests it will be around £5million to coax Kamara away from Ibrox, with interest said to be coming from the Bundesliga with Borussia Mönchengladbach and Danish giants FC Copenhagen. It means the Finn has multiple parties interested with an exit looking ever-more likely.

Ibrox chiefs are said to be bracing themselves for negotiations, while Zambian winger Fashion Sakala has been the subject of swirling transfer talk. It appears the speedy attacker may join the cohort of stars heading for Saudi Arabia in the coming days, claim the Herald.

Sakala had a purple patch under Beale in the second half of last season, but has watched as Kieran Dowell, Cyriel Dessers and Sam Lammers have arrived to bolster attacking options ahead of the new season.
