Gemma Atkinson shares 'first' with baby Thiago as Gorka Marquez prepares to leave home after latest short stint with family

Gemma Atkinson has shared a fresh 'first' with her baby son as Gorka Marquez short stint back at home quickly came to an end. The Hits Radio host and the Strictly Come Dancing star welcomed their second child into the world back in July.

And Gorka actually had to leave the family home and head to London where Strictly rehearsals were taking place just days after son Thiago, or Tio for short, made his grand entrance on July 17. He has, however, been making the trip home during the time he has off in order to spend quality time together as a family of four with Gemma, Tio, and their four-year-old daughter, Mia.

On Sunday (September 10), Gemma, 38, took to Instagram to share how she was getting some time alone to work on her post-partum recovery while Gorka, 33, was home to watch their two little ones.

Filming herself in her home gym at her Greater Manchester abode, Gemma said to the camera in a video on her Instagram Story: "Week one, workout two today. I've written it down, it's dead simple. But it has to start simply. Normally on paper I'd have seen a workout like that and thought, 'That's well easy'. But after this [pointing to her stomach], it's not easy."

She added: "I'm having to do yesterday's and today's. Normally I'd have a rest in between and do just cardio but Gorka goes away again today so I've got to get it in while he's here otherwise it'll be a struggle."

Bury-bron Gemma then followed up the post with a sweet bit of motivation as she was joined by her beau, Mia and Tio. Sharing a picture of the trio, the new mum-of-two wrote: "Tio's first time in the gym!" But she couldn't help but notice her two-month-old son's
