Celtic land Lawrence Shankland transfer pitch as Rangers fan factor 'weighed up' amid Fabio Silva ripple effect

Celtic will be considering a January move for Hearts captain Lawrence Shankand - even if he is a Rangers fan.

That is the view of pundit Stephen McGinn who reckons that the Scottish Premiership leaders could face a rethink of their winter business with Wolves star Fabio Silva set to join Philippe Clement's side on loan. He has done unbelievably well so he is going to get interest from teams in Scotland.

"He might even have teams abroad - you look at the Saudi league and players have went over there and done well. That might be an option for him."

McGinn: "i don't think Celtic would think 'we can't
