We are at the halfway stage and clubs across the Scottish Premiership will be hard at work behind the scenes in the hope of bolstering their ranks.

They return to action this weekend on Scottish Cup fourth round duty ahead of the Premiership return before January is out. Clubs have until February 1 to get deals over the line and some have made a start. Rangers came flying out the traps with the arrival of Fabio Silva on loan from Wolves and more could follow at Ibrox.

Brendan Rodgers is set to welcome Nicolas Kuhn from Rapid Vienna with Celtic getting their business underway, but with stars at the Asian Cup, they are down in bodies heading into thee first games of 2024.
