Delhi Capitals fast bowler Anrich Nortje said on Wednesday that Kuldeep Yadav was the top performer for the side against Punjab Kings and the team did not help him by dropping catches in the game.

The fielding was horrible from the David Warner-led side as they dropped two crucial catches and even missed a couple of run-out opportunities. "I must say Kuldeep was our standout bowler tonight and we didn't help him by dropping the catches," Nortje said after the match.

Skipper David Warner also echoed similar sentiments at the post-match presentation. "It was a bad performance in the field but we will take the win.

We lost the toss but batter with fluidity. The wicket helped after the inconsistent pitches at home. You want consistency from your home venue.
