Renowned hairdresser Trevor Sorbie, 75, made a poignant appearance on This Morning, where he shared with hosts Ben Shephard and Cat Deeley the devastating news of his terminal bowel cancer diagnosis.

The international hairstyling icon, who has been given only weeks to live, recounted the moment his ordeal began, saying he "lost a lot of blood" one night which led him to seek medical attention.

The emotional segment saw Ben and Cat deeply affected by Trevor's candid recounting as he sat alongside his wife, discussing the onset of his nightmare journey with cancer.

Trevor told the audience: "I lost a lot of blood one night and was unusually disturbed so went to hospital. They told me I had bowel cancer and I had a little panic attack.
