Sheikh Jassim's Nine Two Holdings Limited was officially listed as a company in the UK yesterday (June 15). The business was 'incorporated' by government agency Companies House on Thursday, June 15, with the Sheikh listed as one of two directors.

Documents published on the Companies House website list Sheikh Jassim as an individual person with significant control of the company.

He is listed as one of two directors, alongside Abdulrahman Abdulla Al Ansari. Meanwhile, Sheik Jassim is growing in confidence about a takeover, reports claim.

This is despite Sir Jim Ratcliffe apparently flying to New York to hold in-person meetings with United representatives over the past month.
