Manchester United takeover news RECAP PSG make Kylian Mbappe 'decision' and Sheikh Jassim latest
Sheikh Jassim's Nine Two Holdings Limited was officially listed as a company in the UK yesterday (June 15).
The business was 'incorporated' by government agency Companies House on Thursday, June 15, with the Sheikh listed as one of two directors.
Documents published on the Companies House website list Sheikh Jassim as an individual person with significant control of the company. He is listed as one of two directors, alongside Abdulrahman Abdulla Al Ansari.
Meanwhile, Sheik Jassim is growing in confidence about a takeover, reports claim. This is despite Sir Jim Ratcliffe apparently flying to New York to hold in-person meetings with United representatives over the past month.
Late on Thursday, reports suggested that the Glazers may still be in charge of the club when they welcome Wolverhampton Wanderers to Old Trafford on August 14, due to the 'approval process' to be undertaken once exclusivity is granted - a process that could take eight to 12 weeks.
