Manchester City fans can now donate to foodbanks on matchdays at both ends of the ground. MCFC Fans' Foodbank Support, a group of Blues who collect donations around men's and women's matches to help the local community, have teamed up with the National Squash Centre to put a permanent donation bin in their reception on a trial basis.

That makes it easier for any City fans approaching the ground from that end, while the original location under the bridge across the road from Asda is still there.

The bin was in place for the derby and the Copenhagen game and will be there for the Southampton match and the foreseeable future.

The group are also looking forward to returning to women's games after the first home match of the season was postponed following the death of the Queen. "It's in partnership with the Squash Centre and is just in the main reception near the bar.
