Lionel Messi is set to confirm he's switching PSG for a move to Saudi Arabia this summer, according to reports. The World Cup winner has netted 15 goals and provided a further 15 assists but with a stuttering run to the Ligue 1 title, PSG are expected to overhaul their squad in the close season.

Messi still has hopes of featuring for his country at the next showpiece tournament. However sources have told AFP that a deal has been struck for the 35-year-old forward to join Al-Hilal next month.

Barcelona were also reported to be keen on a reunion with Messi but uncertainty over a sporting director hampered their chances.

Messi is now likely to earn a salary of over £475million a year in his new abode after his recent suspension for heading to the Middle-East.
