Jaap Stam tells Tyrell Malacia how to challenge Manchester United undroppable

Manchester United hero Jaap Stam reckons Tyrell Malacia is the perfect back-up for Luke Shaw as the Dutchman pinpoints one key area in which his compatriot might look to improve.

Malacia, 23, touched down at Old Trafford from Eredivisie outfit Feyenoord last summer and made 39 appearances in all competitions.

However, for the most part during his debut campaign, the nine-cap Netherlands international was made to play second fiddle to Shaw as he now aims to bridge that gap this season.

Speaking about Malacia with MUFC media, Stam said: "It's not easy for him because he's got Shaw in front of him. Shaw, he's stepped up as well.

The construction at the international stadium at Narsingarh began way back in 2017 with an estimated cost of Rs. 185 crore but the stadium is not yet ready. "IPL chairman Arun Kumar Dhumal recently visited the proposed international stadium at Narsingarh on the outskirts of the state capital. He said if the stadium's is ready before February next year, it could be made second home ground of KKR or some else other state will get the benefit," TCA secretary Subarta Dey told PTI.
