Poor predictions are a staple of any football fan's diet - whether they admit it or not - it's just lucky that most are able to sweep them under the carpet and forget they were ever made.
Gary Neville and Jamie Carragher don't enjoy such luxury. Neville and Carragher made their pre-season predictions on Sky Sports' Monday Night Football following Tottenham's opening day draw with Leicester back in August.
Erling Haaland to be top scorer was one of the few things the pair agreed on, with Neville backing Manchester United to finish in the top four and Carragher predicting they would finish in fifth.
Both are already looking extremely generous. Just seven games into the Premier League season United are 14th having taken just eight points.
