Ferguson gives Tavernier verdict amid Besiktas links, Cerny blasts Czech FA in angry rant - Rangers news bulletin

Vaclav Cerny has hit out at the Czech FA for allowing their home Nations League clash to be completely taken over by visiting Ukraine fans.

The Rangers attacker produced a fine display as his side ran out 3-2 winners in a five-goal thriller. He played a key role in the build-up to a couple of the goals in the Prague encounter but home supporters decided to stay away after a thrashing by Georgia.

They lost out 4-1 in their section opener and that result impacted supporters who opted not to attend their second match of the international break double-header with the majority of the ground made up by away punters.

That left the Ibrox winger 'really angry' as he hit out and told Czech football they have to be better and insisted he would rather play in an EMPTY ground.
