Ange Postecoglou wins Manager of the Year as Celtic boss earns PFA recognition for near flawless season

Ange Postecoglou has won the PFA Scotland manager of the year award after a near flawless season at Celtic. The Australian manager came out on top against Dunfermline Athletic's James McPake, Darren Young of Stirling Albion and Stephen Robinson from St Mirren.

It is the second year in a row the former Aussie national manager has scooped the award in Scotland. Last season, Postecoglou brought the League Cup and the Scottish Premiership title to Parkhead in his maiden term.

Postecoglou won the award at the PFA Scotland awards at the Hilton Hotel in Glasgow. This season his side is on course to secure an historic treble as they look to add the Scottish Cup to the Premiership and Viaplay Cup titles they already hold.

A win against Inverness Caley Thistle on June 3 at Hampden and it will be the clean sweep domestically for the Hoops this campaign as they continue to buy into the 'we never stop' mantra put forward by their boss.
