The £15m transfer blueprint Celtic have mastered that can leave Rangers in their dust for 'years to come'

Celtic have already proved they can land £15m players for less than half that price - and if they can do that again in this transfer window, then Rangers face YEARS in the cold.

That's the view of former Hoop Johan Mjallby who reckons Brendan Rodgers will already be looking for the next Jota or Cameron Carter-Vickers. And if they can channel that aptitude for landing a bargain this summer, Rangers are in trouble.

Mjallby told the Sunday Post: “There are five or six weeks of the window still to go and I expect some really good reinforcements to be added. I’ve no idea what the transfer budget is for players this summer but I would expect it to be a really healthy one.

“It could well be Brendan
