Traffic is said to be building on a busy road in Cardiff following a 'multi-vehicle' collision. South Wales Police has confirmed it was called to the scene of the crash on the A48 Eastern Avenue westbound off slip for Southern Way in Cardiff.
Traffic has been stopped and is at a standstill on part of the M4. The hold-up near Swansea is due to a traffic incident, according to traffic website Inrix which is reporting that all traffic is being temporarily held between Swansea and Llanelli.
