Sheppey United assistant manager Tommy Osborne on the arrival of midfielder Hassan Ibrahiym and dual-registration departure of James Bessey-Saldanha

Tommy Osborne is hopeful Sheppey new boy Hassan Ibrahiym will rediscover his best form at Holm Park.

Ibrahiym has joined the Ites after a summer move to Isthmian Premier Lewes fell through.

The former Barnet midfielder, 31, played under Sheppey manager Kevin Watson and assistant boss Osborne at Cray Valley.

He flourished under the pair and has the qualities to be a big asset in Isthmian South East, a division he won with the Millers under Steve McKimm two years ago.

James Bessey-Saldanha has rejoined former club Bearsted on dual-registration in search of regular football.

The winger, who celebrated 50 appearances for Sheppey last week,
