With a £243m investment in Manchester city centre over the past year alone, Bruntwood SciTech - the UK’s largest property platform dedicated to growing the innovation, tech and science sectors - is playing a pivotal role in positioning the city as an innovation world leader.
These projects will deliver more than 700,000 sq ft of sustainable workspace, adding to its Manchester and Cheshire portfolio of 21 innovation hubs and five campuses.

A significant expansion of the Citylabs campus - a joint venture with Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust (MFT) - this health innovation development, which opened in March, aims to redefine the landscape of specialised laboratory space.
The building offers fitted and ready-to-go labs and offices with write-up space, allowing businesses to set up quickly and easily, working directly with the NHS.
Greenheys is set to open next summer, offering lab spaces to suit businesses operating across a broad range of disciplines.
With boutique-style write-up spaces and breakout areas, this new building will span six floors, with three of them becoming UK Biobank’s national HQ.
