Rangers v Motherwell: Teams are revealed ahead of Hampden Premiership showdown

Rangers and Motherwell have revealed their teams ahead of the Premiership clash at Hampden Park this afternoon.

The Glasgow giants are using the National Stadium while construction work continues on the Copland Road stand at Ibrox, with their first 'home' match coming against the Steelmen.

Both sides go into the clash at the National Stadium on the back of 0-0 draws, with Rangers drawing a blank against Hearts at Tynecastle, while Well couldn't find a way past Ross County at home.

Philippe Clement has made two changes to the side that drew 1-1 with Dinamo Kyiv on Tuesday. Vaclav Cerny and Robin Propper come in for Leon Balogun and Ross McCausland.

Motherwell boss Stuart Kettlewell has made three changes from that draw with Ross County last weekend. Captain Paul McGinn, Steve Seddon and Apostolos Stamatelopoulos come in for Shane Blaney, Zach Robinson and Moses Ebiye, the latter two dropping to the bench.

The Steelmen have a decent record against Rangers from last season, recording a 2-1 win at Ibrox, their first in Govan since 1997, and ending a run of 11 straight league defeats to the light blues. They also fell to an unlucky 1-0 defeat in September.

Teams:

RANGERS: Butland, Tavernier, Souttar, Propper, Ridvan, Diomande, Barron, Lawrence, Cerny, Dessers.

Subs: Kelly (GK), Matondo, Dowell, Sterling, Jefte, Balogun, King, McCausland, Danilo.

MOTHERWELL: Oxborough, O'Donnell, Casey, Gordon, McGinn, Seddon, Wilson, Zdravkovski, Halliday, Miller, Stamatelopoulos.

Subs: Hegyi (GK), Balmer, Sparrow, Robinson, Kaleta, Ebiye, Wells, L. Ross, Ferrie.
