PSG make Marcus Rashford transfer U-turn as Manchester United star's stance revealed

Paris Saint-Germain are reportedly set to renew their interest in Marcus Rashford. The 26-year-old forward was once heavily linked with a move to the French capital, opening talks when it appeared that a move overseas might be on the cards.

Rashford chose to remain at Old Trafford and subsequently had his best season under Erik ten Hag, netting 30 goals. However, after a less-than-stellar season for Manchester United last year, there has been increased speculation about his future, with the club's hierarchy thought to be open to bids for all but a few key players.

This has sparked fresh interest from PSG, according to talkSPORT, with the Ligue 1 side looking to fill the void left by Kylian Mbappe. It's suggested that they will intensify their pursuit of Rashford if they sense any willingness on his part to leave United.

This renewed interest from PSG comes just months after reports indicated they were ready to abandon their pursuit due to Manchester United's high demands. Back in April, it was reported that the Red Devils were asking for a whopping £100million to let go of their homegrown striker, who failed to secure a spot in England's Euro 2024 squad.
