I heard the reaction for divisive Manchester United star and thought about his future

Manchester United began their pre-season schedule by losing 1-0 against Rosenborg.

United have a huge and loyal following in Scandinavia and the Reds played in front of a sold-out Lerkendal Stadium, although the fans in attendance weren't treated to a goal-fest.

That was largely down to Radek Vitek, who delivered a man-of-the-match performance in between the sticks for United to deny Rosenborg a more dominant win on home soil.

The travelling squad at Erik ten Hag's disposal in Trondheim was youthful and just five senior players, Jonny Evans, Aaron Wan-Bissaka, Casemiro, Mason Mount and Marcus Rashford, made the trip.

Those five first-team players were substituted at half-time as wholesale changes were made, which saw Vitek keep his place and 10 youngsters come on.
