Mike Tyson's 30-year body transformation is absolutely elite

Mike Tyson is undoubtedly one of the greatest men to ever step into a boxing ring.

Reigning as the undisputed world heavyweight champion from 1987 to 1990, Tyson won his first 19 professional fights by knockout, 12 of which came in the first round.

To this day he still holds the record of the youngest boxer ever to win a heavyweight title, claiming his first belt when he was just 20.

Throughout his career, and even into his retired life Tyson has aged superbly, with photos of his transformation showing he is just as stacked as he was during his peak in the late 80s and early 90s.

In November 2020 he fought Roy Jones Jr. in an eight-round exhibition bout, which was controversially declared as a draw, despite CompuBox numbers showing Tyson outclassed Jones by quite a margin.

But just how has Tyson managed to keep himself in such good condition?

According to The Sun, Tyson consumes anywhere between 3,000 to 4,000 calories a day, including three meals and two snack periods.

In addition, ‘Iron’ wakes up at 4am every day for a three-to-five-mile jog.

He then heads straight to the gym for a boxing session, usually comprising of 10 rounds of sparring.

To finish he would then focus on muscle and use his own weights for squats, tricep extensions and push ups, before some more sparring and skipping and a light recovery on his exercise bike.

With such a brutal and physical daily routine, it is not hard to see why some say Tyson is the greatest heavyweight ever and how he has unbelievably managed to keep so in shape all these years on from when he made his heavyweight boxing debut.

However, in recent weeks, the great Tyson has been pictured in a wheelchair, looking uneasy as fans grew concerned.
