Microsoft Outlook crash live updates as millions unable to access emails

Millions of people are unable to access their emails as Microsoft Outlook crashes. A reported system glitch has seen Microsoft users receive a warning saying their licence is not valid, including those who are current with their subscription payments.

In addition more than 200 people have reported issues with Microsoft 365 on Downdetector in the last 24 hours.

One customer said, as reported by The Mirror: "It seems that a bunch [of Outlook] accounts have been caught in a system error in which it shows that there are no payment details available for the accounts in the issue.

"Currently any Exchange Emails are not being Received or Sent from any email platform I have tried (Outlook or Gmail)."
