Met Office forecasts NINE hours of heavy rain to batter Manchester as Storm Jocelyn hits

Manchester could be hit by nine hours of heavy rain as another Storm batters the UK. The Met Office has forecast rainfall of up to 16mm in the region between 8am and 4pm on Tuesday, January 23.
