Mega Mansion Hunters on Channel 4: What it's about and why it's tipped to be UK's version of Netflix's Selling Sunset

If you're missing your fix of Netflix's Selling Sunset and are eagerly awaiting the next series, Channel 4's new programme may be the answer.

The brand-new reality TV show, Mega Mansion Hunters, follows the lives of UK estate agents selling homes at the top end of the country's luxury property market.

The three-part series is centred around London-based estate agent Tyron Ash and his best-selling agents, who are competing to sell high-end homes for as much as £40 million.

Full of dreamy mansions, glamorous agents and not forgetting the drama, the show is tipped to be the UK's equivalent of Netflix's popular hit show, Selling Sunset.

The estate agency, based in London's Berkeley Square, has over 80 people working for it but only a select few are featured on the Channel 4 series.

Two of the stars of the show, business owner Tyron Ash and agent Chloe Cable, joined Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield on This Morning earlier today to reveal what viewers can expect.

In an exclusive first-clip, Tyron Ash said: "We are literally turning estate agency on its head."

The trailer then revealed that the Tyron Ash's agency has sold nearly £300 million worth of property in just a year and a half.

Tyron, whose first home he sold when he first started out as an estate agent was £27,000, told the This Morning presenters: "I was working three weekends out of the four, clocking in early and clocking out late and I got very frustrated with it.

"It wasn't the property industry I didn't love, it was the way the industry was set
