Manchester United ‘make decision’ on Jadon Sancho future and more transfer rumours
Manchester United are reportedly willing to sustain the £300,000-a-week wages of Jadon Sancho so a loan exit can be facilitated in January.
The Manchester Evening News understands the player is open to leaving the club amid his fall out with Erik ten Hag, who stands by his press conference comments about the 23-year-old’s training levels.
Sancho is still banished from first-team activity for refusing to apologise to his manager over his now-deleted social media statement which accused the Dutchman of lying about the reasons he was dropped against Arsenal. He also claimed to be a “scapegoat for a long time”.

According to the Daily Mail, United are willing to facilitate the wages of Sancho as an enticement for clubs to come in for a loan deal. The report says Ten Hag is increasingly leaning towards a Sancho sale, although such a move in January is unlikely given the tight mid-season budgets of many clubs.
Meanwhile, Calciomercato says United would have to do something financially extraordinary to have any hope of landing Victor Osimhen. The striker remained at Napoli this summer despite heavy interest from other clubs.
The Serie A champion is still being tracked by a number of clubs. United were looking for a new striker this summer and landed on Rasmus Hojlund after a transfer for top target Harry Kane was cooled amid pushback from Tottenham.
The report says Osimhen is still admired by Real Madrid, Chelsea and United. A Reds move for the attacker looks unlikely given the £72m forked out of Hojlund, 20, this summer.
