Luke Littler fires Jurgen Klopp jibe after Man United beat Liverpool in FA Cup tie

Darts sensation Luke Littler has aimed a message at Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp after Manchester United’s victory in the FA Cup.

The game was moments away from being decided by a penalty shootout before Amad’s last-gasp goal in extra time at Old Trafford. United had already scored two dramatic goals after Antony’s equaliser in the 87th minute and Marcus Rashford levelling the scores once more after Liverpool regained the lead during extra time.

The victory means that United have booked their place at Wembley and will face Coventry City in the FA Cup semi-finals. Shortly after the final whistle, United fan and darts superstar Luke Littler revelled in the fact that the club had denied Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp the chance to win the famous trophy during his final season in charge.

While United are focused on lifting the FA Cup and securing Champions League qualifications, Liverpool have different aspirations this season. Klopp’s side have already won the Carabao Cup and are among the favourites for the Premier League and Europa League titles but will be unable to complete a clean sweep of trophies after losing to United.

Taking to social media after the game, Littler posted a picture on X, formerly Twitter that read: “What is the difference between Luke Littler and Jurgen Klopp? Littler has more trebles!”
