LIVE: Trams stopped as emergency services descend on Metrolink line - latest updates
Trams have been stopped on part of a Metrolink line while emergency services are at the scene.
Transport for Greater Manchester says no trams are running between Rochdale town centre and Rochdale railway station.
It says emergency services are currently 'blocking' the Metrolink tracks in the area.
Further details about the emergency services incident are yet to be confirmed.
Passengers in Rochdale are being advised to use the 471 bus instead, with Metrolink tickets being accepted.
A Bee Network spokesperson wrote on X: "Due to emergency services blocking our tracks, we currently have no trams operating between Rochdale Town Centre and Rochdale Train Station.
"Passengers can use their tickets on 471 Bee Network bus services."
