Police have taped off a section of Wrigley Head in Failsworth, Oldham, this morning (April 7).

Images from the scene show a section of the road and pavement have been sealed off by police.

Forensic markers are in place on the road, near to the Anglers Arms pub.

Multiple Greater Manchester Police officers are in attendance on the cordon.

It's understood crime scene investigators are set to attend the area.
