LIVE: Crime scene on south Manchester street - latest updates

A police cordon is in place on a street in Levenshulme this morning (Saturday).

A stretch of Albert Road is taped off. The crime scene is in place close to Levenshulme station.

Officers have reportedly been on the scene since the early hours, with residents reporting seeing police on the street at around 2am.
