Leicester are reportedly one of two Premier League clubs "exploring" the possibility of signing Shakhtar Donetsk winger Tete "this week".

City were previously linked with the winger back in 2020 before that summer's transfer window when reports in the player's homeland of Brazil claimed that Leicester, as well as Newcastle United, had made contact over a move.

At that time, Italian giants AC Milan and Roma were also said to be interested in the player who was valued at £61million two years ago.

Shakhtar and all other Ukrainian clubs are without competitive fixtures for the foreseeable future after their Premier League was suspended after martial law was imposed late last month following Russia's invasion and the ongoing war.

Leicester City have reportedly been joined by French giants Olympique Lyonnais and Championship promotion pushers Bournemouth in a growing list of clubs 'interested' in Bristol City youngster Han-Noah Massengo.

Earlier this month, City were linked with Massengo's teenage teammate Alex Scott who, alongside Antoine Semenyo, completes a youthful triumvirate at Ashton Gate that are attracting attention in the second-tier.

Massengo sports a sizeable list of suitors, which reportedly already included fellow Premier League sides Southampton and Watford, as well as the Foxes before reports of Lyon's interest arose.
