Leicester City preparing to wheel and deal in summer transfer window

Leicester City cannot be frightened to sell players to fund their transfer business this summer, manager Brendan Rodgers has said.

City are preparing for their busiest window in a few years with Rodgers planning a “healthy shake-up” to revitalise his squad. He has previously said he wants as many as five or six new faces, and it’s understood that within that there would be three signings capable of going straight into the starting line-up.

He said: “I still think we need to improve. There are areas of the field we can be better in, no doubt.
