'It could be you': Someone in Greater Manchester has won the lottery... but they don't know
Someone, somewhere in Greater Manchester is sitting on a small fortune, but they don't realise it.
They've won a life-changing £10,000 every month for a whole year on the National Lottery - but the winning ticket has so far gone unclaimed. Lottery bosses are now hunting for the missing winner or winners, who they say should be celebrating in style if only they knew.
Players of the 'Set For Life' draw-based game are being urged to check - and double-check - their tickets as a result.

The winning ticket was bought in Manchester, meaning a high probability the winner or winners, if part of a syndicate, live here, although the ticket could be out of the region. The race, however, is now on - as the lucky holder only has until August 3 to make a claim.
A Lottery spokesperson said: "The search is now on to find the owner of the winning ticket, bought in Manchester, who matched the five main numbers in the Set For Life draw on 5 February, 2024.
"The winning Set For Life numbers on that date were 3, 4, 8, 10, 28 and the Life Ball was 1. The lucky ticket-holder has until 3 August 2024 to claim their prize.
"Anyone not in possession of their ticket, for whatever reason, but who believes they have a genuine claim can still make a claim in, but it must be within 30 days of the draw."
Andy Carter, Senior Winners Advisor at The National Lottery, said: "If you bought a Set For Life ticket in Manchester for the draw on February 5, it's time to look everywhere - in the pockets of clothes you might have been wearing at the time, bags, in the car, wallets and purses and in that sideboard or drawer where we all tend to put bits and pieces - and check your tickets.
