Full Manchester United Legends squad available vs Celtic including Wayne Rooney

The September international break sees the return of the Manchester United legends fixture at Old Trafford.

A line-up of United legends will take on their Celtic counterparts on Saturday afternoon from Old Trafford. Reds icon Bryan Robson will take charge of the United team and will be assisted by fellow club legend, and striker, Andy Cole.

The fixture comes after the United first team entered the first international break of the season. Erik ten Hag's side are currently 14th in the Premier League table with two defeats from their opening three fixtures.

Saturday's Legends match will support the Manchester United Foundation. With Robson in the home dugout at Old Trafford, former Premier League manager Paul Lambert will take charge of Celtic when the two teams meet this weekend.

It was also confirmed that Darren Fletcher, who is currently part of Ten Hag's backroom staff with the first team, will be involved in the fixture. Michael Carrick, a former United assistant and current manager at Middlesbrough, will also be part of the squad.
